This Equipment has been designed for Mass Production of Holographic Films DIRECTLY ON METALLISED POLYESTER FILM, to meet the ever growing demand for Flexible Packaging and Gift Wraps and Decorative Industries like Wall Papers, Carry Bags and other sophisticated Gift and Consumer products. The Line is equipped with Sophisticated Programmable Controls for precise adjustments of various production parameters like Embossing Pressure, Temperature, and Line Speed etc. to ensure production of Holographic Films of the highest standards. While designing the machine, particular attention has been given to the Conditioning and Re-Conditioning of the Film during the Embossing Process, in order to obtain the optimum Embossing Effects. Precise Temperature Control of the Embossing Roller, which is a pre-requisite for quality embossing, has been achieved by a Central Coil Heating System which maintains a uniform temperature throughout the length of the Embossing Roller, on a Real Time Basis. The Hard Roller Consists of Compliance Plastic roller made by DUPONT, USA, Vespel Grade.

MAIN PULL / EMBOSSING STATION
One (1) only embossing section consisting of, embossing roller, Nip Pressure and chilling roller. This unit is driven by a independent AC motor drive. The Hard Roller Consists of Compliance Plastic/ Rubber Roller made by DUPONT, USA. Vespel Grade
- The Half Cut Shim Mounting roller Diameter is 194.1 mm [24 Inch] that means the circumference of the roller will be 609.6 mm.
- The 360 Degree Shim Mounting Roller Diameter is 188.4 mm [23.2 Inch] that means the circumference of the roller will be 591.7 mm.
- 2 Nos. Compliance Plastic/Rubber Roller each having Diameter is 156 mm.
- Shim mounting Roller changing pneumatic system available with the machine to replace the centre rollers ( 360 degree and half cut) as and when necessary.
SIMPLEX REWINDER- One (1) only simplex rewinder with independent AC motor drive. Rewinder side frames are accurately aligned and attached with the main pull / embossing section. Like unwinder, rewinder has provision.
HEATING SYSTEM- Two{2}only Thermic oil based hot circulation system is provided along with the machine with provision of automatic temperature control. Provision is also made to transfer the heated thermic fluid from heating systems to the embossing roller using steel wire braided heat resistant Flexible hose pipes and rotary unions.
CHILLING ARRANGEMENT- Two Nos. chilling roller & One No. Chilling Roller (Optional) are provided in the machine with Rotary Unions. Customer has to arrange for the chilled water line and connecting pipes up to the roller.
DRIVE SYSTEM- Two (2) Nos. motor, Two AC drives & magnatic brake for unwind auto tension control system with load cell feedback.

SIMPLEX UNWINDER
General Construction – The structure of the unwind station comprises of precision-machined side frames rigidly braced at bottom with main frame ensuring vibration free operation. The side frames are bolted on to a rigid cast iron main pull / embossing frame.
Tension Characteristics – A drive train from 10 Kgm powder Brake is housed on the drive side arm. The desired tension on brake can be set by adjusting a pot provided on control desk and is maintained automatically by a auto tension controller throughout the diameter decreasing. The load cells provided on the main pull/ embossing frame provide accurate tension feedback to the controller.
MAIN PULL / EMBOSSING FRAME
This section comprises of precision-machined side frames rigidly braced at bottom with Two box section tie bars ensuring vibration free operation.
The web from unwind section is feed to this main pull/ embossing section through an idler and an adjusting roller to load cell roller which senses the actual tension for Unwind roll. Web is then threaded through an idler roller to the Aluminum pre-embossing Roller driven by the main pull drive. A separate heating system is provided for this pre-embossing roller which pre heat the web before entering in to embossing roller. After that web is passed through separately heated Complaince Embossing roller driven by the same main pull motor and nipped with a rubber roller pressed through a steel roller actuated by hydraulic/ Pneumatic system. The impression nip mechanism of embossing roller operates through four hydraulic cylinders. Provision has been made to take out the Embossing roller from its bearing seat By simply unscrewing two tighten the web once taken out of the embossing roller is feed to rewinder through idler a load cell rollers.
On rewinder provision of lay on roller is there for taking out the trapped air in rewinded roll.
