Automatic Coating & Lamination Machine

The machine is a Modular design to enable suitable extensions /alterations in future. It is an extremely efficient Converting Machine and has been specially designed for our Integrated Project.

This unique Coating /Laminating Line is suitable for Pre-Coating of Clear Films and Paper for Metalizing and Holographic Embossing, as well for converting Narrow Web Holographic Films into Sticker, Hot Stamping Foil.

9. Electric Heating : 30 Kw Heater for Heat Exchanger with dumper along with sensor based auto control temp.
10. Web Aligner : 1 No hydraulic Web Aligner fitted in our machine for accurate web path before nipping unit

11. Secondary Unwinder :

A.1 No Air Sensor Based Hydraulic Web Guiding System for Secondary Substrate.
B. 1 No Electromagnetic Powder Brake provided for Tension Control of Secondary Substrate with load cell feedback for auto control of web tension.
